Upgraded 322sqm of flooring in a beverage manufacturing facility. The existing surface was replaced with SteriFloor Beschützen in N35 Light Grey, providing a seamless, durable, non-slip finish suitable for high-demand food and beverage operations. Expansion joints were recut and sealed to ensure long-term performance, delivering a reliable and compliant flooring solution for the facility.

PROJECT DETAILS
<p class="rteBlock">A large beverage manufacturing facility required a flooring upgrade in its Plant Room to coincide with the replacement of several generators. The existing floor, a mix of previously coated and uncoated concrete, needed a durable and hygienic solution to support ongoing operations. Allied Finishes installed 322 sqm of SteriFloor Beschützen, a high-performance epoxy coating system designed for the food and beverage industry. The application provided a seamless, light non-slip surface in N35 Light Grey for enhanced safety. Expansion joints were cut and sealed with Sikaflex FC11 to ensure long-term performance. This upgrade enhances durability and compliance within the facility, delivering a reliable flooring solution that supports the plant’s high operational demands.</p>
