Large Beverage Production Facility, Filling Hall Project

Upgraded more than 560sqm of flooring for a long-standing beverage facility in Western Sydney, replacing outdated pavers to meet modern Food Safety standards and improve overall presentation. The existing surfaces were removed and replaced with SteriFloor Stärke, a fast-curing, antimicrobial system designed for high-wear environments. This ongoing upgrade program, underway since 2019, continues to support the facility’s compliance, durability, and operational performance.

SCOPE
<p class="rteBlock">This project involved over 560sqm of flooring, which needed to be upgraded to Food Safety regulations, as well as enhancing the area aesthetically.</p>
PROJECT DETAILS
<p class="rteBlock">This large commercial bakery experienced high traffic volumes, and the existing floor was failing. A 6mm, hard wearing flooring solution was required to stand up to high volumes of foot and forklift traffic. With machinery being installed shortly after the floor, the timeframe for completion was short, but our installation team was given multiple weekends to complete the project.</p>
